No, we can accommodate groups of any size.
Yes, we handle 100+ person groups every year. Any size is not a problem.
We have many individuals join us each year. You are able to register online just like a group as an individual. You would be partnered with other individuals, small groups, and teams who are serving on the same date. All we ask is that you would be willing to be flexible and serve in any way you can!
Minors (anyone under the age of 18) need to be accompanied on a trip by an adult over the age of 18 who will be responsible for that individual's wellbeing.
We do lead private trips for groups of 40 or more people. Please inquire to work out the details.
Yes, all registration is designed to be as simple and modern as possible, which includes online registration.
No. The $750 deposit is to secure your place on that date. We then send the trip leading materials to you and your free consultations begin. As long as your final payment is on time, the $750 deposit is deducted from your final team payment.
Ministries will be determined by the largest team participating on the trip, though generally the smaller teams are able to participate in the ministries they prefer as well. PPM trips are a genuine team effort. Your team leader will hold at least one (usually more) conference call to get everyone together and coordinate ministries.
Teams that select a trip with standard sleeping accommodations will sleep on the floor of a church, school, or community center. They will be divided by gender, and men’s and women’s rest rooms/showers will be available. Teams that choose a trip with hotel option usually sleep 3-5 people per room, with two people per double bed and individuals sleeping in single beds. All rooms are designated either male or female. There is no gender mixing.
All teams will have opportunities to bathe during their trip.
Couples will be divided into gender-specific rooms.
Families may stay together in their own room, provided they have 3-5 people.
Absolutely. We welcome families with children, junior high, high school and college students, and adults of any age! However, much of the work we do in our host countries requires a certain level of maturity. In general we ask that children are at least 12 years of age, but we are open to discussion.
Each group is responsible for booking their own flights, however, PPM partners with the travel agency, Mango Creek Travel, who is available to handle any team larger than 10. We recommend Mango Creek Travel to assist in finding your flights and ensure the best mission experience possible!
