We're officially off and running in Hermosillo, Mexico and everyone is doing very well! Our Green Valley team, families, and individuals arrived Sunday afternoon and were able to attend a church service and celebration dinner at San Pedro Church, one of our three locations for the week. Granite State arrived in Hermosillo safe and sound late Monday night, and everyone is currently working hard at one of three different ministry locations around the Hermosillo area.
Granite State is working at two churches: Peniel and Centro Biblico. This morning we visited a hospital and prayed physical healing out front of the hospital, and a number of people gave their lives to Christ! Praise God! Pastor Arturo and others will be following up with them! We're also doing construction and labor on all three churches and will be doing kids ministry today followed by an evangelism service in the park tonight! Praise God....all is well and He is moving!

Greetings! Monday went beautifully here in Hermosillo. The teams worked on building floors, painting walls, and repairing the roof of their partner churches. We held VBS in the afternoon and had an incredible evangelism service at nite....hundreds of people showed up in the park, and we had the opportunity to speak publicly about the love of Christ. Many people came forward to give their lives to Him! Praise God! What a great day! Everyone is healthy, safe, and in great spirits!
The Baltes family and Jamie, Andy, and Caroline have joined them as well and are a big part of the team....God is so great!

The team had a couple of days to remember as the trip finished up in Hermosillo. The team in San Pedro finished their construction projects on the church, bible school with the kids, and had a wonderful closing thank you and prayer time. The Peniel and Centro Biblico teams added on even more physical projects and we all finished the week with a teary-eyed closing ceremony and goodbyes at both locations. We’ve become genuine partners in ministry as well as brothers and sisters in Christ this week, and we’ll never forget the experiences we’ve had. God moved powerfully this week, and we are thankful for this opportunity to serve Him!
We spent the final day swimming, kayak, horseback riding, and shopping around the tourist of San Carlos on the Pacific Ocean, which is about 90 minutes from Hermosillo. It was a memorable, relaxing day enjoying God’s beautiful creation!
