Safe Arrivalby Justus March 27, 2011 at 04:28 PM The ladies from Morningside Lutheran arrived safely at the airport a little over an hour ago, and are now on their way to Red Bank with King's Highschool. Everyone is excited for the week!
Red Bankby Justus March 28, 2011 at 03:26 PM The team arrived safely in the beautiful village of Red Bank last night and got settled in! This morning everyone split up, and some of the team went to school to help teach and assist the kids with their homework. The kids loved it!
Construction--Day Oneby Justus March 28, 2011 at 03:31 PM While half of the group went to the school and worked on prepping for soccer camp, the other half of the group worked on the first of several construction projects. Today they focused on the construction of the bathroom for the hurricane shelter next to the church. Everyone worked hard digging the ditch!

Painting and Home Visitsby Justus March 30, 2011 at 09:37 AM The ladies have been busy! In the morning some of them went to school to help with crafts and homework, and a few ladies stayed back to help paint! The past two days they have also been walking the village sharing with people and doing home visits, inviting the women to come to their Bible study in the evenings!
Women's Bible Studyby Justus March 30, 2011 at 09:42 AM The women have held a Bible Study the past two evenings and have had a great response! There were over 12 women from village there with them. It went nearly two hours each night, with plenty of prayer! The women from Morningside Lutheran are forming strong relationships with the women from Red Bank. It is a beautiful thing!
Last Day In Red Bankby Justus March 31, 2011 at 04:17 PM The team had a recreation day on Wednesday and enjoyed swimming and relaxing on the beach. Later in the evening they came back for soccer camp, crafts, and an evening service.
Reflection & Journey Homeby Justus April 2, 2011 at 02:38 PM After many goodbyes, the team loaded the bus early Friday morning and headed out for a day of reflection on Caye Caulker. Everyone enjoyed a day of snorkeling, shopping, and laying on the beach! That night King's Highschool and Morningside Lutheran came together and had a closing meeting, reflecting on the week and what God had done! Find out more about our trips to
