Waiting for Arrival!
by Jason Swartz July 14, 2012 at 05:46 PM Today the PPM staff and church members have been working on the last minute logistics as we await the 1:30 AM Sunday Morning arrival of the Weaverville Team. Tomorrow we will be taking part in Sunday School and a church service. The church service will end in a time of lunch and fellowship. We look forward to our time together tomorrow.

A few of our team members shared music with the congregation and had a great time singing. After the service, we have a luncheon with our new friends and had a great time getting to know one another!

We can know that He is looking out for us and trust that He will never abandon us - an awesome promise we were able to share with the kids!

From VBS to painting and the beautiful scenery at Old San Juan, we are truly blessed to be serving in Puerto Rico. The Lord is doing many great things in our hearts and we are humbled to be a part of His plan for this city. Greater things are yet to come!

Painting Progressby Sarah Petrich July 18, 2012 at 10:05 PM It's amazing to see what a little bit of paint can do! We worked hard today on getting as much surface area covered as we could and were able to make a lot of progress.
The Power of Prayerby Sarah Petrich July 18, 2012 at 10:14 PM We ended our day with a prayer service at church. We started by leading a few worship songs and heard a word from our PPM Trip Leader about fully surrendering our lives to Christ and making every moment count. We prayed for one another and members of Isle Verde Baptist Church prayed over our group -we are overwhelmed by their generosity and loving hearts this week.

We had great conversations and had the opportunity to share what having Jesus in our lives looks like. The kids will be in our hearts and on our minds as we travel home tomorrow.
