Your per-person cost will be $595.00, due over the course of the payment schedule.

Please read and understand this before you register! You must accept these terms and conditions before submitting.
Deposit of $750.00 USD is non-refundable but transferable to a different date in the same calendar year. Failure to make payment in full prior to mission trip departure will result in cancellation of the mission trip for the participating group. Praying Pelican Missions is not responsible for ministry materials, medications, vaccinations, passports, or transportation outside the host location. If your trip price is $595 or more: Per person deposit of $250 USD is non-refundable and due six months prior to trip departure date. If this $250 per person deposit is not received by said due date, the credit card supplied for this deposit will be charged $250 USD per person. 2nd payment of $250 USD per person is non-refundable and due four months prior to trip departure date. If this $250 per person payment is not received by said due date, the credit card supplied for this deposit will be charged $250 USD per person. Your final payment of the remaining balance less the $750 deposit is due (post-marked) no later than one calendar month prior to the trip. Final payments that are late (post-marked after final due date) forfeit the initial deposit of $750. Failure to include the additional $750 will result in the credit card on file being charged for $750 upon receiving the final payment. If your trip price is $495 or less: Per person deposit of $250 USD is non-refundable and due six months prior to trip departure date. If this $250 per person deposit is not received by said due date, the credit card supplied for this deposit will be charged $250 USD per person. Your final payment of the remaining balance less the $750 deposit is due (post-marked) no later than one calendar month prior to the trip. Final payments that are late (post-marked after final due date) forfeit the initial deposit of $750. Failure to include the additional $750 will result in the credit card on file being charged for $750 upon receiving the final payment. Trip Cancellation Policy: Praying Pelican Missions reserves the right to cancel or postpone your trip for any reason at any time. If Praying Pelican Missions cancels or postpones your trip, 100% of payments already made to Praying Pelican Missions are transferable to any date in the same calendar year or the following year. Praying Pelican Missions is not subject to the opinion or recommendation of any team, group, or group leader regarding its ministry and trips. Praying Pelican Missions is also not subject to any local, national, or international governmental or non-governmental recommendations to continue or suspend travel to any location. Cancellation made by any team for any reason already registered with Praying Pelican Missions results in forfeit of all payments made to Praying Pelican Missions for registered trip. Payments already made to Praying Pelican Missions are 100% nonrefundable but transferable to a trip date approved by PPM within the same calendar year. Praying Pelican Missions is under no obligation to open a new trip date for any registered team that has canceled their trip date. Any team that cancels a trip and would like to transfer funds to a different trip within the same year must have written consent from PPM. Without written consent from Praying Pelican Missions, the registered group is subject to 100% loss of payments made for registered trip.
