Human trafficking is the illegal trade of human beings for forced labor or commercial sex.

Domestic human trafficking occurs when U.S. citizens or permanent residents are commercially exploited for sexual services. Children and adults are forced into human trafficking, where they are exploited for sex, pornography, or erotic entertainment.

Women, men, and children are forced or coerced into human trafficking in the United States and around the world on a daily basis. It’s an abhorrent industry that lives under the surface of many of our cities. We are proud to partner with incredible ministries, churches, and organizations that are established and involved in the fight against trafficking. Our goal through Praying Pelican Missions human trafficking mission trips is to come alongside the local Church in their ongoing efforts against this industry by bringing teams that are equipped and prepared to engage in outreach.
