The kids at Trial Farm Village had a blast this morning at our interactive ministry session! We connected with so many smiling faces, and it was a joy to share the morning with them. We're gearing up for an even bigger crowd in the coming days, and we can't wait to see the impact we can make together!
Church Service

This afternoon, we hit the streets of Trial Farm Village to invite people to our service! Also, we had the privilege of praying for those we met. We got to lead worship. It was truly a beautiful moment – a powerful reminder of the unifying spirit of worship. Psalms 100:4 "Enter His gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name."

Visiting the Ancient Mayans Home

Our day kicked off with an incredible adventure at Lamanai! The team and some members of the church explored the wonders of God's creation, from ancient Mayan ruins to the lush rainforest teeming with life. It was a perfect start to a day filled with awe and inspiration.

50 smiling faces kicked off our VBS program today! We sang songs, created artwork, and played games together – it was a blast! Sharing God's love with these kids fills our hearts with joy.
New Generation, New Hope!!

Embracing 1 Timothy 4:12 ("Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young..."), a member of our Team Starkville shared God's word with 300 students at New Hope High School today! It was an incredible experience, and we're so grateful for the opportunity to connect with these young minds.

Living out Hebrews 13:16 ("Do good and share, for such sacrifices please God"), Team Starkville visited families in their homes. We delivered groceries, offered prayers of encouragement, and shared God's love! We're grateful for the opportunity to bless these families.

At the end of the day, we split into smaller groups and went into homes. We had the privilege of spending quality time with some members of the host church. They prepared delicious food for us!
School Ministry!!

A refreshing wave of cool air greeted us as we woke up, setting the tone for an invigorating day. Our first stop was Chapel Primary School, a vibrant school of around 210 students. We kicked things off with energetic praise songs and a heartfelt devotion, followed by visits to various classrooms. Laughter filled the air as we played games with the children, and the preschoolers were especially thrilled by a visit from the local firefighters. As a returning group, it was heartwarming to witness the strong bond the children had formed with the team members they'd met in previous years.

Participating in food ministry was incredibly rewarding. Delivering groceries directly to people in need went beyond just providing sustenance; it allowed us to actively listen to their stories and experiences. Witnessing their gratitude for our support was truly touching and will have a lasting impact on us.
Closing of VBS

Today, at the closing of VBS, we were thrilled to see a much larger turnout of children. It was heartwarming to witness their enjoyment and engagement with our activities. As we wrapped up the program, many expressed their openness to the teachings and a desire to stay connected. We want them to know that Lily of the Valley church warmly welcomes them, and their presence has truly enriched our lives.
Football!!

This week has been filled with dedicated ministry work, and we could truly feel God's presence every step of the way. On an exciting note, the annual football match between FBC Starkville and Lilly of the Valley Church took place today . We came out victorious, claiming the Pelican Cup with a score of 3-1! It was a thrilling match, and a great display of teamwork and sportsmanship.
Farewells

As we played, the wonderful cooks at the church were preparing a heartfelt farewell for our last meal together. The venue was beautifully set up, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Pastor Felipe delivered a message of gratitude, and we reciprocated by expressing our deep appreciation for the opportunity to serve alongside them. This experience has fostered strong relationships, and we're incredibly thankful to the Lord and our gracious host church.
