After arriving in Puerto Rico we enjoyed some pinchos (PR kebab) and Pina Coladas seaside.
Then spent the rest of the day getting to the other Pelicans that we are lodging and serving with. There are over 9 different nationalities among us.
Looking forward to seeing how God uses such diversity.

This morning we attended church at our host church, iglesia nueva cosecha.
We had an opportunity to share some testimonies and sing with them as well.
We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the vibrant people of the community.

This is the weeks work.
we put in new rafters, new zinc sheets, a new stairwell to the front porch and painted the inside and outside of the house.
Carmen the house owner, Oscar the community leader are very pleased with the result.
it was moving and impactful to all of us. We will always carry a little bit of Puerto Rico in our hearts.
