Our staff is ready and waiting for the team. We cannot wait to see all God has in store for us this week. We will be posting updates through the the trip of all the amazing ministries happening in conjunction with Pastor Jose and his congregation at Iglesia Biblica Emmanuel.
We made it!

Today we met Pastor Jose Blas and were able hear about the community we will be serving in. We are excited to have a great local Pastor to partner with who has a huge heart for his community. We were blessed to be able to pray for Pastor Jose!
School Ministry

This morning we were able to minister at a rural school outside of Liberia. The kids were so excited to see us, do crafts, play, and listen to the Bible story.

Everyone Has a Story

This afternoon we did some missions training and shared our testimonies with our team in order to prepare ourselves to share it with those we will be ministering to in the coming days. What an awesome time getting to know and encourage each other.
Taking it to the Streets

This afternoon we spent time inviting the community to all of the events of the week. We were blessed to have the opportunity to pray for many people that we visited with!
Encouraging Pastors & Leaders

This morning we began our Pastors & Leaders Seminar. It's so amazing to see leaders from all over the region come together to deapen their walk with Jesus and maximize their influence for the Kingdom of God.
Women and men time

This afternoon we are ministering to the women and the men who came to the conference. It's a time for community, to share hurts and fears, to be encouraged, and to be prayed for. Pray that people are freed, pastors are encouraged, wives feel renewed, and ministers are empowered.

The Story of Paul

We told the story of Paul at the children's party. We brought the Bible to life for the children with our live actors! The children loved hearing the story of Paul's changed life.

Some of us were able to share our testimonies tonight with the youth group at Iglesia Biblica Emanuel. We loved worshiping with the youth!

This morning we worshiped with Iglesia Biblica Emanuel. Loving Jesus requires no translator! We are thankful to worship as one body of believers.

Meet Jericho

We first met Jericho in the park in Liberia when we went to do children's ministry. We introduced him to Pastor Jose Blas and Jericho put his faith in Jesus! Since then he has shown up at youth group and the worship service this morning. God has a plan for Jericho and we are excited to keep loving on him this week!
Soccer!

We were able to love on some of the children and youth from a nearby community in their love language...SOCCER!
We found Jesus!

No really found a man named Jesus! Jesus is 45 years old and we found him sleeping on one of the benches in the park. We started talking with him and we prayed for him. Afterwards we went and bought Him some new sneakers. He was very thankful! It's so fun showing Jesus' love in a practical way!
Post Soccer Prayer

After we played our hearts out on the soccer field we gathered everyone to tell them the reason we came...JESUS! We were able to love on and them and pray for them. We can't wait to come back!
Children of Martina Bustos

This morning we went to a nearby neighborhood called Martina Bustos to assist with a feeding program. We walked around the community inviting kids to make crafts, play games and enjoy a free lunch.

We were able to bring in 75 children when normally they only feed 25 children a day. We had a great time playing with the kids and showing them Christ's love!

Saying "See You Later!"

Tonight we said "See You Later" to Pastor Jose and the amazing cooks we had all week! Tears were shed in thankfulness for the love we received from each other over the past week.
Last Full Day

We spent today enjoying the beauty of God's creation in Costa Rica. Some of us saw creation from our zip-lining experience. We all enjoyed an amazing beach and great food. To end our time we worshiped together, giving thanks to God for all that he did in and through us this week.

To end the night we shared with each other the gifts and talents that we saw in each other this week. Many tears were shed as we affirmed each other.
