Three years ago we brought our first team to Pastor Adolfo. We came across a man with a hurt leg so we invited him to church. He came that night and the team prayed for him...and he was HEALED! Now he is a member of the church and serves as the security guard. He stopped by to thank us for coming and he is pictured here in the blue hat.

This afternoon we were able to hear Pastor Adolfo's testimony, call to ministry and vision for his community. We asked if we could pray for him and he immediate fell to his knees to receive prayer. He is such a humble man full of grace and love!

Today we went to the grocery store to purchase items for our Food Distribution that will take place this week. We bought enough food to bless 23 families. This ministry allows us to also bless the 23 families spiritually as well!

This evening we enjoyed praising Jesus with our partner church. We enjoyed watching the dance team as they danced before the Lord. They even did a special performance singing and using cups! It was amazing!

It's work time! All week long while we are doing all of the ministries planned, we will also have a crew working to build the pastor's house on the church property. This will end up saving the church a lot of money each month!

This afternoon we had the opportunity to bless 10 families with a bag of groceries. They were all so appreciative! The best part was being able to pray for each family that we visited.

Tonight we were able to have dinner at the Norman's house. We enjoyed Papa John's pizza, hanging with the Norman kids, visiting with Laura, and seeing the place that they now call "home." We also had time together worshiping and sharing how God has been working in and through us this week. It's been amazing, but we want MORE!

Tonight we hosted a Youth Night with the youth of Zuriel. We were happy to see some of the youth show upon that we had invited from our time at the soccer field. We had such a blast with them. Laughter crosses all language barriers.

Duke shared his testimony at Youth Night about how Jesus saved him from sin, and how Jesus gives him hope for tomorrow! Anthony shared his story of God reaching down and pulling him from the pit. The youth were impacted mightily by their stories.

We were able make salvation bracelets with our class. We talked through each color and what they represent. It was such a priviledge to share the Gospel with each of them using these bracelets!
