Dump Ministryby Trent Anderson | July 23, 2016 8:18 PM
Today we visited a dump in a city near Managua. In this community people make their living by rummaging through garbage to find recycling. We took the time to give them the simple gift of water and that opened the door for conversation. We then listened to their stories and prayed with them.

At the end we gathered all of the kids together to share a Bible story and invite them to our VBS this week. We can't wait to see them tomorrow!

The head pastor is a 75 year old man named Cruz. He can't read so he has his family read him scripture and he memorizes it so that he can preach each week.

The total cost of the land: $178 USD
-
Total cost of the building: $250 USD

Today God showed us perspective.
