Pre-Trip Schedule and Commitment Agreement (Please initial next to each line)

_____We will typically meet (#) a month leading up to the trip, but possibly more often as we get closer to the trip date. The calendar for these meetings will be determined by our team. I understand that I am expected to attend ALL pre-trip meetings in order to help prepare with my team for the trip to (LOCATION). Failure to attend meetings, except for very extenuating circumstances, could result in dismissal from the trip and forfeiture of all deposits made.
