Beacon Hill Church

Our staff are here and ready to welcome our team for a week full of serving Jesus through partnerships in Miami!

This morning we enjoyed sharing in worship with Bethel Evangelical Baptist church. We were able to experience the beauty of Hatian culture from the worship led in both Creole and English!

This morning we spent some time helping Salvation Army. We were able to help organize clothes, clean out rooms, and get to know some of the staff and residents!

Health in the Hood is an organization with the mission of planting community gardens around Miami. Their goal is to provide food and resources for the people of Miami. The team was privileged to help with planting a garden with Health in the Hood and ended the morning with an impromptu worship session!

Ready for a day of serving at Glory House! Glory House is an organization that serves victims of trafficking. It was so insightful to spend the morning learning about the amazing works his org is doing and partner with them in that for the day. 

This morning our team split in two groups. One to continue sorting through clothes for Salvation Army and the other to His House. His House is a children’s home whose mission is to restore hope in the lives of children in foster care. Our team was greeted by Samantha who gave us direction in the donation center for the day. Samantha is newer to His House and our team was able to pray over her and His House ministry.
