The team from Hampton Presbyterian has arrived safely and sound. We just enjoyed a delicious BBQ meal and now we are off to our home for the week. Thank you for your prayers. God is good.

We had a wonderful time yesterday worshipping with the church here in Succotz. We were able to worship and hear a message and spend some time getting to know our church family. God is good.

In the afternoon, we got the opportunity to walk around the community and invite people out to the evening worship service as well as the children to our Vacation Bible School. We can't wait to see all those precious faces when they come to hang out with us.

ONE HUNDRED AND THIRTY THREE. God is Good. We had 133 children attend our first day of Vacation Bible School.133 children got to hear about God's love for them. We got to sing, laugh, dance, and make crafts with so many precious children. We can not wait to do it all again tomorrow.

After VBS, we decided to take a quick trip to the Guatemala Border to snap a photo. We of course didn't cross but why not snap a pic when you are only 5 miles away!

Most of our projects this week revolve around the local primary school where we call home. We have been cleaning classrooms, freshening up paint, and taking down every cobweb in sight so it's ready for the students when the return in August.

This morning we got to go to Xunantunich to explore the Mayan ruins and learn about a culture far different from our own.

Hey! What a crazy day we had yesterday finishing up all our projects and playing with the Children at our last VBS. One of our teams got to paint the playground at the school and get it ready for all the kids to come in August. We are looking forward to our recreation day on the island.

One of our project groups scrapped, washed, and painted a classroom and got it all ready for the teacher to prepare for classes. What a blessing!
